Sophie Roberts Audio
Sophie Roberts is the award-winning narrator of more than 100 audiobooks, as well as voiceovers for a wide range of businesses.
My brief was to construct a brand website which would act as a showreel of her extensive audiobook work, as well as an introduction to her processes and studio. I created a bespoke grid of thumbnail book covers with built-in audio players, which allows easy and attractive access to sample recordings and works well on mobile or desktop.
I also made a separate landing page for commercial voiceovers, with lightbox videos that again present Sophie’s work in the best possible light.
The world of audiobook narration can be fast-moving, and Sophie decided to opt for a premium maintenance service to take account of frequent updates and changes in her materials, and a regular blog recording her latest activities.
I engaged Websites Wanted to create a more professional online presence for my growing audiobook and voiceover business. Alex helped with branding, design and copy, and was always very clear to explain the process to me.
